Descrizione

Note concettuali

Description

In Linee d’aria, the artist offers us a poetic and suspended reflection on impermanence. The subject—a white trail cutting across the uniform blue of the sky—becomes a metaphor for every human gesture that attempts to leave a mark on time, even knowing that it will fade. The double line, vibrant and irregular, suggests a dualism: balance and tension, presence and fading, will and chance. It is a trace that does not belong to the earth, but passes through the air, an ephemeral and impalpable element, a symbol of freedom and transience. The work can also be read as a dialogue between nature and technology: the sky, archaic and silent, is crossed by an artificial trail, the product of human flight. But the artist does not judge—he observes, contemplates the human mark that becomes part of the landscape, temporarily but inevitably.

Conceptual notes

The author's meaning seems to be that of the *fragility of passage*, of the movement that unites and separates, of the beauty that arises even from what vanishes. It's an invitation to be aware of the present: all that remains, in the end, is a vapor trail in the sky—but for a moment, it's art.
